At Uniforms Infinity LLP, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made uniforms that reflect your brand’s identity and meet your industry’s standards. While we strive for perfection in every stitch, we understand that issues can sometimes arise.
Below is our return and exchange policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

The item has a clear manufacturing defect

A size exchange is required, and the item is eligible
📌 Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are NOT accepted for the following:

Customized uniforms (with logos, name embroidery, etc.)

Industry-specific uniforms made to order (e.g. for hotels, hospitals, security, etc.)

Items used, washed, or altered after delivery
-
Clearance or discounted products
3. Size Exchange
We offer one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

A replacement size must be available in stock
-
Size exchange may not be available for fully customized items (e.g. with branding)
Shipping charges for exchange (pickup and delivery) may apply.
4. Return/Exchange Process

Initiate a request via our mobile app, website, or email within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return/exchange

Once approved, we will:

Arrange pickup (where available), or
-
Request you to ship the item to our return address

📌 Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
5. Refunds
Refunds are offered only in case of order cancellation prior to production, or in the rare case of irreparable damage/defect.

For eligible refunds, amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
6. Important Notes

Uniforms are inspected before dispatch. Slight variations in color or stitching due to fabric batches or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Custom bulk orders for institutions or companies are not eligible for general returns, except in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
